Four Decades at the Fair

A summer tradition,
made the same way.

Long before "On The Clock," owner Robert Krause was already a fixture of one of Wisconsin's biggest summer traditions. For around forty years, Roberts has served hungry crowds at the Wisconsin State Fair in West Allis.

Same from-scratch recipes, same hand-made care that's kept the south side coming back for nearly 50 years — just under the lights of the fairgrounds, with a line out front and the smell of the grill in the air.
