R&R cleans houses and workplaces to the same standard and off the same sheet. What changes between the two is the order of work and the time of day: homes get done while you are out, businesses get done after you have closed.
Nothing below is an upsell list. It is what a standard visit covers, and it is the sheet the crew signs off before leaving. If something matters to you that is not on it, say so and it goes on your sheet permanently rather than just once.

Offices, clinics, retail and small industrial, cleaned after hours. Most of our commercial clients never meet the crew, which is rather the point. Scope is agreed in writing and billed at one flat figure per month.

These sit outside a standard visit and are priced per item. Add them once, add them every time, or add them the week before the in-laws arrive.
The last four are commercial jobs we quote on their own: carpet shampoo, floor strip and wax, pressure washing, and post construction cleans.
