Quotes and pricing
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote is based on the property as described or as seen at the walkthrough. If the condition or scope turns out to be materially different, we will tell you before we start and agree a revised price with you.
Scheduling and access
We guarantee on time arrival. If we are going to be delayed, you hear from us first. Please give as much notice as you can for cancellations so the crew can be rescheduled.
Our guarantee
Every visit works to a written checklist. If an item on that checklist was missed, contact us and we will return and put it right.
Bonded and insured
R&R Cleaning Services is bonded and insured. Certificates are available on request and are supplied as standard to commercial and property management clients.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed in the quote. Recurring clients are billed per visit or monthly by arrangement.
