The Financial Health Score

The Financial Health Score is a self-assessment tool. It scores the processes you describe, not your actual records, and it cannot detect errors you are unaware of. It is a triage aid, not an audit, and no engagement or professional relationship arises from using it.

Pricing shown on this site

Published plan prices are starting rates. Your quoted fee depends on transaction volume, account and entity count, payroll, and the condition of your existing records. The figure in your written engagement letter is the one that applies.

Engagements

Services are provided under a written engagement letter that sets out scope, fees, responsibilities and term. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to enter an engagement, and no client relationship exists until an engagement letter is signed by both parties.

Your responsibilities as a client

The accuracy of any financial statement or return depends on the completeness and accuracy of the records and information you provide. You remain responsible for the underlying records, for approving payments, and for the final content of filings made on your behalf.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
